Welcome back to the Serenity Wellness & Coaching community and weekly intention with breathwork! As many of us in the USA will be celebrating Thanksgiving this week’s “Breath Notes” (my version of love notes) focuses on Energy as the Holiday Season is upon us and we may just need tools to tap into a little bit more energy over the next 6-weeks! I am currently on my way to Ibiza, Spain to complete my Master Breathwork and Transformational Coaching Certifications so that I can expand the knowledge and services that I can share with you in 2023!
We can all use an extra pick-me-up on certain days especially at this time of year when there just doesn’t seem to be enough energy to do all that we desire to do as our energy oscillates between high and low throughout the day. Whether you choose this to be your morning start of the day Practice, mid-day brain-drain Practice or choose to use it whenever you are just feeling low vibrational energy, this Energy Breath Practice can be done anywhere and anytime in just one-minute! I learned this practice from Ashley Neese and I just love it! It oxygenates your brain and blood giving you that little edge you need to keep your day going without feeling as if you are dragging!

** The Energy Breath Practice (up to 3-minutes)

2. Set an intention for your energy practice.
3. Rest your arms at your sides.
4. Inhale through your nose and through your belly while lifting your arms up to the sky.
5. Exhale through your mouth.
6. Inhale deeply through your nose; as you exhale through your mouth, bend your elbows and pull your arms straight down so that your hands are aligned with your head (thumbs next to your ears with fingers pointing upward (as if you are about to give a double high-five).
7. Inhale through your nose and raise your arms back up, exhale through your mouth and bring them down.
8. Repeat this practice for one-minute or up to three -minutes.
9. When finished, release your arms all the way down and rest for another minute reflecting on your energy intention.
10. Journal your experience.
CHALLENGE: I invite you to practice this technique each day and evening for 1-week and store this practice in your “Breathwork Tool Kit.”
I am thankful for your interest in Serenity Wellness and Coaching Services and that I am able to share this space with you especially at this time of year. Wishing you all a serene and peaceful holiday season!
Thank you for participating in this week’s challenge and remember to just breathe and let peace be your guide!
