Goal Setting and Assessment: We begin with a one-on-one session to set clear, actionable goals and review the first week of the program. This ensures that we tailor the experience to your unique needs and aspirations.
Weekly Transformations: Each week focuses on a specific theme, using a variety of modalities to support your growth may include the following:
- Breathwork, Meditaiton & Visualization: Techniques to release tension and improve mental clarity. Practices to center your mind and manifest your goals.
- Lifestyle Adjustments: Guidance on optimizing diet, water intake, and overall wellness.
- BreathFITness and BreathFIT Yoga: Exercises to enhance physical strength and flexibility.
- Intuitive Painting: A creative method to channel and release energy, and as a form of meditative expression.
- Supportive Check-Ins: We meet via Zoom at the end of weeks 2, 4, and 6 to review your progress, address any challenges, and celebrate your successes. These check-ins are essential for maintaining momentum and making any necessary adjustments.
- Ongoing Communication: Stay connected and receive personalized support through WhatsApp, providing you with direct access to guidance and encouragement as needed throughout the program.

To understand SOMA breath’s origins, we need to go back in time a bit. SOMA was a plant recorded in the ancient Veda scripts of the Golden Age in India. People would gather and ingest a concoction made from the SOMA plant which gave them an effect in the brain and possibly chemically-induced, that would allow them to explore and expand their consciousness, leaving them balanced in body, mind and spirit. And then, the plant became extinct and the People were no longer able to drink the Sacred SOMA. In a 400-year time period people began to go inward in order to seek new ways to get to the same ecstatic states that allows connection to the divine while balancing body, mind and spirit. The pharmacy is within.
SOMA breath techniques are widely varied and can be customized to shift the central nervous system from fight or flight mode (sympathetic nervous system) to rest and digest mode (parasympathetic nervous system) while stimulating the endocrine system to release “feel good hormones” (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, epinephrine), while decreasing cortisol “stress hormone”. It also activates production of acetylcholine associated with motivation, attention, memory, learning and arousal). It has been associated with lowering blood pressure and heart rate, and increases vasodilation as a result of reaching heart coherence and activation of acetylcholine through the rhythmic breathing and breath holds. The power of the breath is the core tool to activate your inner pharmacy.
Currently, SOMA breath techniques are being studies at both Oxford and Harvard Universities and the effects the techniques have on the brain and human physiology. SOMA breath techniques have been associated with decreasing anxiety and depression, weight loss, lowering blood pressure, relieving symptoms of stress, grief and PTSD, increasing self-confidence while reducing and eliminating limiting beliefs as well as improving strength and overall wellness.
As a Certified SOMA Breath Instructor and SOMA Neurosomatic Breath Therapist, I have been trained in these modalities. I am not a doctor or psychologist, nor a Certified general nutritionist, Yoga Instructor or Fitness Trainer. I hold a Certificate in Ayurvedic Nutrition and detoxification as a Practitioner and am currently completing my 200- hour Yoga Certification.
21-Day Breathe & Paint:Awakening Journey
Embark on a transformative 21-day journey with our SOMA Awakening program, where the art of breathwork meets the creativity of painting to guide you toward a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner peace.
What to Expect:
1. Daily Breathwork Sessions: Each day begins with a weekly focused breathwork practice designed to center your mind, release tension, and awaken your inner energy. These sessions are crafted to enhance your clarity and prepare you for a creative exploration.
2. Guided Painting Exercises: After grounding yourself through breathwork, you’ll dive into a weekly painting exercise that encourages self-expression and insight. Each week you will use the canvas to intuitively paint as you transfer energy as a form of meditation with no attachment to the outcome. Guided prompts and techniques will help you tap into your subconscious, revealing new perspectives and fostering personal growth, while releasing negative energy that no longer serves you.
3. Reflection and Integration: At the end of each week, engage in reflective practices to integrate your experiences and insights. You’ll have the opportunity to journal, meditate, and connect with me personally on a 1:1 60-minute Zoom session.
4. Personalized Support: Throughout the journey, you’ll receive personalized guidance and feedback to help you navigate your awakening process and ensure a meaningful experience. You will have access to me via WhatsApp if you come across questions throughout each week. We will connect for an Introductory Zoom session prior to week 1, and then connect at the end of weeks 1,2,and 3 for up to 60-minutes via Zoom.

The basic principle of Ayurveda is to prevent and treat illness by maintaining balance in the body, mind, and consciousness through proper drinking, diet, and lifestyle, as well as herbal remedies.
Ayurveda is founded on the idea that the entire universe is composed of five elements: Vayu (Air), Jala (Water), Aakash (Space or ether), Prithvi (Earth), and Teja (Fire). These five elements (referred to as Pancha Mahabhoota) are believed to form the three basic humors of the human body in varying combinations.
According to the philosophy, universal life force manifests as three different energies, or doshas, known as vata, pitta, and kapha. We’re all made up of a unique combination of these three forces. Though everyone has some of each, most people tend to have an abundance of one or two of the doshas.
The Ayurvedic diet is, generally speaking, a whole foods diet rich in plenty of fresh, organic produce, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, and, if tolerated, dairy foods inclusive of milk, yogurt, and soft cheeses like panir. The diet is based on your dosha, season, and level of toxicity.
