“A guided breathwork experience to calm your nervous system, release stress, and restore inner balance.”

what is soma breath?

SOMA Breath is a guided breathwork experience that combines rhythmic breathing, music, and intentional pauses to help your body shift out of stress and into balance.

This practice works directly with your nervous system — helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded, often in just one session.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to “do it right.”
You simply need to breathe in a healthy way.

SOMA BreathFIT Dance, Tai Chi, or Yoga is a powerful fusion of gentle Tai Chi or Asana's combined with Functional Isometric Training (FIT), designed to regulate your nervous system, build strength, and optimize oxygen delivery. Each session begins with flowing Tai Chi or Asana's to cultivate and circulate Qi (your life force energy), grounding the body and calming the mind. We then layer in FIT—short, controlled muscle holds paired with brief breath retentions—to safely expand lung capacity, improve oxygen efficiency at the cellular level, and enhance focus, resilience, and vitality.

These practices are low-impact, deeply regulating, and surprisingly energizing—perfect for anyone who wants strength, calm, and techniques for longevity in one integrated session.
